Prozess for the handling of defective Computer Modules, Single Board Computers or Embedded Systems:

RMA-Process: (RMA = Return Material Authorisation)
- RMA Requst form to be filled in completely, with part number, delivery date, order number, error description, etc.
- email form to rma@ineltro.ch or by Fax to +41 43 343 73 09
- You will receive an RMA reference number for the return
- Goods to be sent back, please put a copy of the RMA form into the package. The goods should be packed properly in an antistatic bag, address on the RMA form
- If the product is within the warranty period and no damage occured due to mis-use, there will be no costs charged
- For all other cases the repair efforts / freight will be charged
